Triathlons for beginners in the UK
Beginner-friendly triathlons are typically shorter than super sprint triathlons - so expect anything up to a 400m swim (often in a pool), 10K bike ride and a 2.5K run. Relaxed transitions give you the chance to practice getting on the bike after the swim and then getting off the bike and finding your running legs!
