Some of us go out for a run and then look for that cozy cafe for breakfast, others prefer to immerse themselves in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea to cool off after a morning run, just as there are others who take refuge in the darkness of the night and its silence to run with your pet.

Each of us has our own rhythm, our own way of understanding life, and in this way we also make running something personal, something that connects us with ourselves and with the environment that surrounds us.
