Event overview
If you like beautiful races in beautiful places, like fun, like medals and like goodies then this event is for you.
The course is great underfoot and runs along the prom so you get to enjoy the lovely sea air as you trot through the centre of Bridlington. Then enjoy hot food at the Ship Inn at the end of your run.

This event is part of the It's Grim Up North calendar of runs, offering a range of distances and levels of difficulty so there is something for everyone.
Famous for its low-key approach, all runners will be greeted with a warm smile and friendly chat.
The aim is to get you out running, help you enjoy the beautiful countryside with great camaraderie and for you to experience the sense of well-being you get when you cross that finish line.
Having completed your race the type of goodies everyone wants will await you!
You'll be shown that the North is anything but Grim.

Brilliant support and a great event to participate in. Really good organisation and a great location with a lovely finish medal and nice bite upbeat at The ship! Samantha T
A great way to end the running year. Super friendly team. Da N
Well organised and started on time. Staff really friendly and helpful, no complaints. Thomas K
Had a really lovely morning. Enjoyed the route and the staff were very helpful. Nicola D
Amazing course and support, everything was top-notch. Canβt wait to race again next year! Chris R
Another great organised event, from the communication beforehand all the way through. Itβs a simple yet very effective set up. The medal was probably one of the better ones Iβve had in terms of quality and size. Event staff were marvellous throughout. What certainly helps, is having the pub as a hosting place, with a great bacon sandwich at the end. Well done and I look forward to another one! Dave S
A great way to enjoy the beautiful Yorkshire coastline paved footpath all the way, a bit of congestion at the turning point, but really enjoyed this race which was also very well organised - definitely recommend. Amanda B
Nice flattish two loop HM with a couple of congested areas/ narrow sloped path/ steps to negotiate which did upset progress a bit (not that Iβm fast at the best of times π€£) Iβm sure itβs v scenic when itβs not foggy! Dawn D
Very friendly team. Beautiful course. Free hot food! Becca J
