The Hastings Half Marathon is a hilly course, but runners are rewarded with plenty of music and entertainment throughout, and a downhill second half towards a pretty seaside finish.

Park and walk is situated at St. Leonards Academy (Edinburgh Road, St. Leonards TN38 8HH), about an 8 minute walk to the start/ finish area.

There are plenty of rail options if coming on the train. West St. Leonards station has direct links to Tonbridge and Charing Cross. West St. Leonards Station is 800 metres from the Half Marathon Start/Finish area.

Always an excellent atmosphere, well supported throughout the course, all marshalls extremely friendly and encouraging. This was my 9th time, more of us from the running club participated as we remembered a dear running friend who passed away last year, this was his favorite race. We wore bibs on our backs in his memory. Julie G
