4k Junior Run on a mix of surfaces but ideal for all abilities - just finish before the sun goes down! Set in the picturesque Derwenthaugh Country Park, Gateshead; The 5k run is on paved footpaths and tracks in the park and is mostly flat, making it suitable for all abilities. The 4k takes in one 4km loop of the park, starting and finishing near the Swalwell visitor centre with parking available.
