Run, Walk or Push against Dementia | 5K

The event is suitable for people of all ages and you can run, walk or push at your own pace on the 3k and 5k courses or run the 10k course - it’s up to you! The event is being organised by the Sevenoaks Area Dementia Friendly Community (SADFC). Money raised by this charity event will go a long-way towards funding the seven local ‘Forget-me-not’ cafés, dementia-friendly singing sessions and supporting local groups who help people with memory issues. Routes are moderately challenging and ideal for all ages and fitness levels. The surface varies between tarmac, concrete and grass track. Depending on the weather, the course could be muddy in parts. Both the 3k and 5k courses are suitable for off-road pushchairs and those who want to walk the course. The 10k course is for runners and is not suitable for walkers. Friends and family are very welcome to come along to encourage you around the course.
