SwimAlton

New 10km swim added for 2024. SwimAlton is our season opener. The first opportunity to go open water swimming with us. We've created an exciting and interesting course we're sure you'll love. The course is an adventure around the heart of Alton water in Suffolk. A beach start leading to a long exposed reach across the widest section of the reservoir. We incorporate the water tower and the Dam before turning back and heading to a beach finish and a warm welcome. The course is full of features and points of interest. We welcome swimmers to challenge themselves with pace or distance offering a nice range of options. 1/2 mile, 1 mile, 2 miles or 5km swims are open to athletes.
