Teenage Mutant Ninja Runners - Part 4

Come and earn the third part of a set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Runners medal which create one large pizza medal! This is a 7hr Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a lap. A full lap is 3.275 miles (5.25km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7hr time limit which starts from the official event start time. It is 3 laps for a half marathon, 6 for a marathon and 7 or over for an ultra, we also have a 50km distance available.
