Held under the Association of Running Clubs rules, the Ug is a very scenic multi-terrain 10k run starting and finishing at Umborne Village Hall EX13 7QL, 3 miles north of Colyton in East Devon. There is also a 2.5k Fun Run starting (under 8s accompanied by an adult please). Entries on the day in the hall please.
