Overview
Your adventure begins in London, where you’ll set off from one of the city’s historic landmarks and cycle through the scenic countryside of southern England. Passing through quintessential English villages and rolling hills, you’ll make your way to the coast, where an evening ferry will take you across the English Channel to France.
In France, the journey continues through the picturesque countryside and welcoming towns of northern France. The route takes you along quiet roads and dedicated cycle paths, giving you ample opportunity to appreciate the French landscape and culture. The challenge culminates with a thrilling ride into Paris, finishing with a spectacular arrival at the Eiffel Tower—a moment you’ll never forget!
Supported every step of the way by the team, you can focus on the adventure, knowing that all logistics, from accommodation to luggage transport, are taken care of. Whether you’re joining for the challenge, the camaraderie, or the chance to reach the Eiffel Tower on two wheels, this is a cycling journey you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

3-Star accommodation
On Day 2, you will be staying in a minimum of 3-star accommodation. The specific accommodation will depend on the route and availability, but all rooms are en-suite and suitable for purpose. Participants will be sharing twin rooms split between males and females, or couples if they booked together. If you would like to upgrade to single occupancy, you can do so during the booking process.
Fitness level
To complete the London to Paris challenge, you’ll need a solid level of fitness and endurance. Over three days, you’ll ride between 75 and 85 miles per day, spending around seven hours in the saddle at an average pace of 13mph. It’s achievable, but it’s not easy; you’ll need to prepare both physically and mentally.
You don’t need to be an elite cyclist, but you do need to commit to training. A structured plan combining endurance rides, speed work and strength training will prepare you properly. Working with a coach or joining a cycling club can also help you stay motivated and consistent.
Success comes down to preparation, mindset and teamwork. Train well, stay positive and you’ll be ready to take on this demanding, and hugely rewarding, ride.
Training advice will be provided.
Speed groups
You won’t be left behind if you’re a slower rider.
The challenge is designed to suit a range of fitness levels. Leaders ride at the front and back of the group, setting a steady, manageable pace and taking regular breaks so everyone can rest and regroup. The aim is to keep the team together from start to finish.
That said, you’re responsible for pacing yourself and managing your energy each day. If you’re struggling, speak up. The leaders are there to support you with guidance, encouragement and practical help when you need it.
With the right preparation and mindset, you’ll be fully supported every mile of the way.

Itinerary
Day 1 | London to Portsmouth (87 miles)
Ready to embark on the adventure of a lifetime? Your cycling challenge begins at Carlton House Terrace, London, at 08:00. From there, you’ll walk a short distance to Trafalgar Square, setting off at approximately 08:30.
As you leave the capital behind, you’ll ride towards Portsmouth, carving your way south through England’s serene countryside. You’ll pass through picturesque towns, each with its own character, and pedal along the edges of the majestic South Downs.
By evening, you’ll roll into the historic port city of Portsmouth. Over dinner, you’ll relive the day’s highlights and share stories from the road. Then, as night settles in, you’ll board the overnight ferry to Caen, crossing the Channel beneath a canopy of stars.
Day 2 | Caen to Évreux (84 miles)
You wake to the refreshing sea breeze of the French coast and disembark from the ferry feeling recharged and ready to ride. From the port, you roll out onto quiet, gently undulating roads and smooth cycle paths, many tracing the routes of historic railway lines.
As you glide through the enchanting Seine valley, you’re surrounded by the timeless beauty of rural France. Pastoral landscapes stretch out around you, guiding you towards the historic town of Évreux.
Here, in this peaceful setting, you reflect on the miles you’ve covered and settle into your cosy accommodation, resting up and looking ahead to the adventures still to come.
Day 3 | Evreux to Paris (82 miles)
Your final leg takes you from Évreux to the heart of Paris. You’ll ride through beautiful countryside as the city draws closer with every kilometre. The anticipation builds until, at last, you roll into the capital for a triumphant finish at the iconic Eiffel Tower.
Take a moment to celebrate your incredible achievement with your fellow cyclists and the team. Capture the photos. Soak up the Parisian atmosphere. Then enjoy some free time to explore the city at your own pace – or join a well-deserved celebratory drink.

It was my first long cycle challenge and I had an amazing trip... cycling from London to Paris. I couldn’t fault the organisation, backup, support, expertise and motivation. Loved every minute. Here’s to the next one! Steve T
I decided very last minute that I wanted to ride to Paris to raise money for brain cancer research. In less than a week, they’d put the entire trip together. But they do much more than logistics. They helped me up tough hills and made the experience unforgettable. They even supported with social media to help the memories last longer. Robbie S

If you want to tick London to Paris off your bucket list — as an individual or as part of a corporate event... You just couldn’t fault the trip. After a long wait due to Covid, they went above and beyond to organise and accommodate everyone. A big thank you to Selina, Alan, Mark, Mike and Lorraine. A memorable trip, meeting great people and new friends. I’ll definitely be booking my next event with them. Samantha B

The support from the whole team to help you achieve your goals is outstanding. Whatever your ability, there’s always someone beside you offering encouragement. I’ve achieved things I never thought possible, raised £3,850 for my disabled son and gained a huge sense of focus and purpose... thank you from the bottom of my heart. Melanie S
I was part of the September London to Paris trip and would like to commend the team for a brilliantly organised and supported event. The guides felt like family and looked after everyone. All abilities were catered for, with constant encouragement throughout. I feel proud to have taken part and couldn’t have done it without them. Nick
An amazing event that we would definitely recommend to any keen cyclist wanting to challenge themselves. The team were fantastic and supportive every step of the way. Communication was excellent before and during the event, and the organisation and logistics were first class. We finished with a huge sense of achievement and are already planning our next event. Becky, Lisa, Debbie & Kathy
I had a completely fantastic time. The crew were helpful and supportive, and the support van was always visible to supply drinks and carry kit. I’m very much hoping to join again — the massage option was a lifesaver! Anna P
I’d always wanted to undertake a cycle challenge but didn’t want to be tied to charity fundraising. The organisation and support from staff and fellow cyclists from start to finish was brilliant. Huge thanks to the guides, drivers and office team — everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better... I am already planning my next ride. Julie
