Overview

For five year olds through to masters athletes including para athletes. Groups for road-running, fitness, strength and conditioning with no pressure to compete.

A comprehensive track & field performance academy affiliated with EA/UKA for competitive athletes. Coaching, training and marathon plans & specialist testing (including lactate) available for all athletes based on needs.

Jumps, Throws, Track Event Groups, Cross Country & Off Track for all age groups. Or if you are more endurance focused: road, marathon, ultramarathon and IRONMAN training activities are available.
