Pace groups: 10K @ 9-10 mins/mile 5K @ 10-11 mins/mile 10K @ 10-11 mins/mile 10K @ 11+ mins/mile
Approximately 30 minutes of intervals with a warm-up and cool down. Suitable for all abilities.
Expect drills, dynamic stretches, warm-up, drills, HIIT and a timed power endurance session. This is a hard session ideal for those with a good base fitness.

An out-of-town run at social pace with looping back encouraged. For this you need hi-vis. As you will be talking to your fellow runners, headphones are not allowed.
Founded in 2010, Grantham Running Club has grown to include over 250 members in the South Lincolnshire area. There are five training sessions each week with separate groups for different paces, as well as regular competitions and social events.
All training sessions are led by UKA-trained coaches, as well as the club's 22 UKA-trained run leaders. On top of training, the club hosts annual events including the Grantham Cup (trail running) and the Summer Solstice (road running).
