A group run for all abilities on Monday and Thursday evenings. New members always welcomed.

Overview

We are running our free open sessions on Monday and Thursdays, so please come and join us, new runners welcome! Monday & Thursday at 6:30pm we have routes between 5km - 7km for all abilities. On a Thursday at 6:30pm we have our Chatty 3km Group for those that would like a slower pace. We also love parkrun, so meet us at one of the local ones or at a 10km or half marathon event. Longer marathon training starts December 2022 on Sundays.
