A small informal group of people who meet to go running. Free and open to all abilities, you just need to turn up and run. Offers a free Couch to 5km programme and running buddies for beginners.

Overview

Members meet twice a week on Monday and Thursday evenings in Woking Town Centre to run a variety of time trial routes of around 5-7km. They also participate in local park runs or 10km and half marathon events. On Sundays members occasionally go "On Tour" to do longer marathon training runs.

For complete beginners, the Club offers a Couch to 5k programme which you are welcome to join part way through, or running buddies for support and motivation.  

Juniors aged 11-17 welcome to run if accompanied by a parent/guardian running.
