Sessions range between 6 and 11 miles rotating each week to cover hill reps and speed training. A small group where everyone runs together.

Overview

Pudsey & Bramley Athletic Club is a small but focussed club and it is important that members are able to keep up with the pace of the group, although there are opportunities to regroup and drop to recovery pace.  Members often compete in the FRA Chmpionships, BOFRA Championships and a number of Yorkshire leagues.  The Club has a history of success from County to Commonwealth and even Olympic level.

The Junior section is active in cross country, fell running and track and field, taking on athletes from age of 8 years Old.
