Overview

Weekly run sessions are led by qualified run leaders with the aim of helping you achieve your goals.  Different run leaders have different routes and running specialisms including fells, trails, hills and strength work. All this variety means there is something for all abilities and to enable you to mix up your training.

Members are able to join as competitive or non-competitive and many participate in local and national events.  There is even the occasional parkrun takeover.
