Overview

The Harriers is the England Athletics affiliated Rolls-Royce Running Club, which has been in existence for over 100 years. We currently have around 88 members, including a mens and a ladies section, and welcome runners of all levels and ability.

Members may use the Moorways track free of charge any lunchtime.

We organise our own 10km race, plus two cross-country races and participate in two winter cross-country leagues. In addition we hold a series of track races during the summer season and enter teams in various regional/national athletics and running events.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
