Social Sunday Run

This session is the social Sunday morning run! It's a chance to have a chilled-out session and meet up with members who span the various groups we have! The distance is usually between 4-6 miles.

Quite simply, we run for fun! No one is too slow to join us! Run Sandymoor is a UK Athletics Afilliated running club which aims to bring people together to run, improve and have fun. Fast, slow or somewhere in between, all are welcome! We have sessions to suit all abilities throughout the week. All runs are muster runs and no one will be left behind! Our runs start from Sandymoor High School and are lead by a UK Athletics trained run leader
