Their main training days have always been a Tuesday and a Thursday, but now there are runs every day of the week. In the winter months they run in and around the town, and in the summer months they disappear off into the countryside.

The Wistow 10K

The annual Wistow 10K is the Selby Striders’ biggest event of the year. Run over a flat, fast course, it is organised by runners for runners, and is a genuine personal best race.
