This group run caters for all abilities and session normally lasts around an hour.

Overview

Training sessions are on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Beginners welcome and the Club offers a specific training program for the London marathon. All are welcome to join this training, even other club members and even if not running the marathon and would just like to run the longer distanced. 

Club social evenings are also arranged on a regular basis.
