Overview

Wakefield District Harriers & Athletic Club cater for all abilities from fun runner to International level, with two members representing Great Britain in the Beijing Olympics in 2008.  During summer months, the Club has exclusive use of the International Standard Athletics track in Thornes Park for training nights.  

You do not have to be a member initially with four weeks trial available. 

The Junior Jets is the under 11 years section of the Club, for children between 8 and 10 years old.  Junior training is led by qualified coaches and designed to prepare them for competition, whatever their ability.
