Right now, over half of UK adults have raised cholesterol, often without knowing — a silent danger behind thousands of heart attacks, strokes and vascular dementia cases every year. But together, we can change that.

When you join the 10,000 Step Challenge, you’re not just walking. You’re raising awareness. You’re funding life-saving support. You’re helping families stay together longer.

Be part of something life-changing.

Step up. Raise awareness. Protect more hearts.

'Doing the 10,000 steps a day challenge was a personal achievement. Getting sponsorship meant that I had to go through with it. Knowing that I was helping myself and the charity at the same time kept me going each day. Sheila Nardone, Senior Fundraising Manager at HEART UK.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
