Event overview

We have two amazing options for you to choose from, the full 10Bay Challenge, which is approximately 15 miles, or the shorter 4Bay 10k! This is a unique event set on the beaches of Thanet in Kent. You will run on the sands and the promenade in and out of 10 bays around the coast. The event takes place at low tide and includes many iconic views and sections which are not passable at high tide. You will go through the stacks and arches along the way heading from Margate towards Ramsgate before returning back. The route itself is on a mixture of sand, promenade and cliff tops. We will have a great chill out area at the Event HQ on Margate Main Sands, where you can relax before heading off to enjoy the many seaside cafés and restaurants nearby or a visit to Dreamland, Turner Contemporary or the Harbour Arm. There's so much to take in after the event!
