5km - non-competitive - running or walking in the heart of the city at 5.30am on a working day to promote a healthy lifestyle through movement, food, culture, art and experience, in context where people live and work. All this, with a sustainable, zero-impact event. The story of the 5.30 project was published in the book "Recipes and experiences from a successful event" presented at the Festivaletteratura of Mantua in 2016.
