Event overview
If you're looking for a relaxing Sunday ride with stunning scenery, join this gravel bike adventure in the Surrey Hills!
The route includes the Hogs Back, Devil's Punch Bowl, and Frensham Lakes.

The group will meet outside Guildford Railway Station. From there, it's into open countryside, climbing the Hogs Back along an ancient trackway, before descending past Loosley Dairy Farm towards Milford.
Climb gradually all the way to the Devil’s Punch Bowl at Hindhead for a quick coffee and snack stop at the National Trust CafΓ©, to take in the views north over the heathland and forests.
From here it's downhill, there are some gnarly parts on the descent after which the track widens out and winds through the pine forests and open heathlands.
Stop for a late lunch/breather at the Farnham Brewery Tap. Pass Waverly Castle ( remains of) and pick up the oddly named Christmas Pie Trail to the door of Guildford Cathedral. The ride ends back at the station.
