• 18:00 | 3.8km, 1.9km, 1500m, or 750m timed swim at Merchant Taylors Lake

Saturday

• 07:10 | Open-water Swim at Merchant Taylors Lake
• 08:30 | 90km or 180km Cycle Sportif with a mixture of rolling roads and fast, flat sections, its a great opportunity for a fast ride
• 13:00 | 5km Trail Race
• 14:30 | Children's Run and Bike races - taking place at the event village
• 17:00 | 10km Evening Trail race

Sunday

• 07:10 | Open-water Swim at Merchant Taylors Lake
• 08:00 | Chiltern Hilly Sportif - with three distances to choose from 160km, 100km and 60km, tackling the classic climbs for which the Chilterns are famous.
• 10:00 | Marathon/Half-Marathon Trail Race

Wetsuits

As per British Triathlon rules, the water temperature is taken on the morning of the event. Because of this, all participants are advised to bring their wetsuits with them to the event.

• Recycling gets separated from general waste
• Finish line water bottles made from recycled material
• Refill taps are provided so participants can bring their own bottle and fill up during the event
• The choice of paper cups at water stations
• Signage including course marking attached with reusable garden wire instead of plastic cable ties
• 'Dynamic bib assignment’ removes the need for envelopes, sticker labels and excess waste
• Bike racking is provided to promote cycling to the events
