Event overview
The ideal course for a Personal Best.
This event will take place on Friday evening. The race will be run under a full UK Athletics License and each course has been officially measured and has a certificate of course accuracy. The race will also be chip timed and results published on Power of 10. The evening will kick off with a 1-mile race (including a fun run). One of the best races I’ve ever been to and I’ve competed on an international stage. Ollie M
LOVED IT! The atmosphere made me go quicker. Would defo recommend for a pb race. And photography was unreal. Antonia J
Amazing course, got A PB here last year and ever since hadn’t been able to beat until I did it again this year absolutely smashing it Family friendly, amazing and fast course :) Oscar F
Great event and well organised. Got a 5K PB (my first ever sub 23 mins) and enjoyed watching all the faster runners as the groups progressed through the evening. Will definitely be back next year...hunting sub 22 mins hopefully! James P
The elite event was well run and made for great racing conditions. Atmosphere was the best I’ve been apart of. Would love these more frequently. Sam C
Really well organised event with a community feel. Thoroughly enjoyed and would love another event soon! Megan W
Great for PBs but no pressure either ATW are also great at keeping the race as safe and accessible despite the heat wave! Would recommend so so much!!! Beckie C
Nice friendly Friday evening event on a fast course. Tom H
My son took part in the open Mile race, while I understood it’s an ‘open’ race, most of the participants were children. There was a handful of adults who were taking part that were not running alongside a child. As a result finished miles ahead of the children. The winning medals on the male side were all adults which seems unfair on the children that were taking part. It was also a shame that the cafe at the sports centre closed at 6pm. Amanda R
Well organised. Rebecca O
