Event overview

Take on your first sprint, step up to standard or Odyssey middle, or go all the way with the Odyssey full distance—the choice is yours. And for sprint, standard, and Odyssey middle distances, there are no cut-off times. No pressure. No chasing the clock. Just the freedom to swim, bike, and run at your pace. Want to share the challenge? Every distance can also be done as a team relay, so you can race alongside friends, family, or teammates. Together, you’ll experience the electric atmosphere and cross the finish line as one. And if triathlon isn’t your thing, we’ve got you covered. Alongside the multisport action, there’s a 12-hour endurance run where you can push your limits as an individual or join forces in a relay team. Run as far as you can in 12 hours, soak up the support on course, and celebrate every step. But the event is about more than just racing. The festival will be alive with activity throughout the day, offering live entertainment, a funfair, plenty of food and drink, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for families and spectators. Whether you are on the course competing, cheering from the sidelines, or simply soaking up the atmosphere with friends, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. You can also book a camping spot with us on Friday and Saturday to make things a little easier on the morning of the event. Campers will need to vacate the field by 10am on Sunday morning. Book your camping. This event is about breaking down barriers, welcoming everyone, and redefining what it means to take part. Whether you’re chasing a PB, tackling your first-ever race, or simply out to enjoy the experience, you’ll find encouragement every step of the way. This is triathlon—and endurance sport—like you’ve never seen it before. The most inclusive, welcoming, and inspiring event in the UK.

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
