With both Sprint and Standard distances, this race welcomes everyone — from seasoned triathletes chasing speed to first-timers looking for a friendly, safe and scenic setting. Expect clear water, smooth roads and an unforgettable atmosphere.
The course showcases the best of Grafham Water: a clean reservoir swim, a fast and flat bike through picturesque villages, and a run across the iconic dam wall. Plus, there’s a Standard Aquabike for non-runners, a relay option for teams, and even camping and accommodation on-site for a stress-free race weekend.

Overview
The swim takes place in the beautiful clean waters of the Grafham Water reservoir, with laps of a 750m loop. The Sprint race completes one lap, while the Standard completes two. The bike is a flat out and back bike course that takes you through some of the most scenic villages in the area. The Sprint distance turns in the village of Perry, while the Standard turns in the town of StNeots.
