Reviews for sister event:

Brilliantly organised from start to finish. The medium route delivered everything a sportive should- stunningly beautiful scenery, rolling hills (some with a surprising kick in them), picturesque villages, quiet lanes that twisted and turned offering real interest, a very well-stocked feed station with toilets, regular clear signage.

As a lone rider there were enough riders coming past to say a regular ‘hello’ to without feeling swamped or pressured to ride at anything other than my own pace. The finish area with complimentary food and a non-alcoholic beer meant people stayed afterwards to relax and share experiences rather than rushing straight home. And the BEST medal to top it off. Already looking out for the release of next year’s ride. Jo H

Another cracking edition of the grange sportive. Denise, Ben and the entire trident team couldn’t do enough to help and support all the riders on today’s event. Will be back again next year. Pipi F

Great event, well organised, good signage around the route, scenic route with hills, flat, beautiful countryside, highly recommend. Louise T

Great event, I had never competed in a sportive or ridden this distance before. I contacted the event organizer pre-event with concerns and was put at ease that the event was newbie-friendly. Pre-event info was great, the maps to download onto bike computer worked fab. On the day everyone was great, well sign posted route to work alongside the map on my bike computer. Aid station mid-way was lovely, like a little cafe. Medal and post-ride food lovely. Could not have asked for more from these guys. 5 stars. Robin A

Excellent introduction for my 12-year-old son. Lovely route with some beautiful views, great support and chat with Marshall’s organisers. Great. Ale and beer stall, plus the food was excellent. Especially the Vegan choice, he asked if we could find out the supplier. He’s not stopped talking about it since, medal hanging with his trophies, plus asking when we can do another. Thanks. James C

Really well-organised event with excellent pre-race info. I opted for the 50 miler which was fairly hilly - through pretty Lincolnshire countryside. Good atmosphere, excellent medal and a bonus of a free burger when we finished. It was great and I will definitely do it again. Sarah W
