Event overview

Starting in Avenham park, by the side of the River Ribble, the course will pass through Miller park before heading over the river into Upper farm nature reserve & leisure park. Runners will then head back over the river and finish back in Avenham Park. We will keep you supplied with sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial & coke. All runners will receive a bespoke medal as well as post run goodies. The course will be on hard surface paths. The 10K will be 1 loop + a short out and back. 1/2 Marathon will be 3 loops and full marathon 6 loops of the course. The ultra will be as many laps as you wish within the 6 hour time limit (NB: last lap must start within 5H 30min).
