BC Autumn 10K

We are back for 2025 with the same stunning route, the same beautiful Shropshire views, the same hills, muddy puddles, stiles and stream crossing, plus our versatile finishers medal/coaster and a yummy doughnut to refuel on when you cross the finish line. Our 10k is open to runners of all ages and abilities, from novices to experienced athletes and is perfect for those new to running, as there are no cut off times and absolutely no pressure. The route is well marked and marshalled, and will be chip timed by our friends at Readysetgotiming, who are from nearby Herefordshire. Under 16's allowed if accompanied by an adult, and this event is dog friendly too, so please bring your four legged training buddy - they will also get their very own doggy medal. The start and finish will be at The Church Barn, Bishop's Castle, SY95AF. There is no parking at the venue, but plenty of parking available at the local secondary school, cattle market car park, plus there is lots of on street parking. Registration will be open from 8.45am, so please arrive at the Church Barn giving yourself plenty of time to collect your bib, ready for a 10am start.
