Courtesy of Ed Collins at InBalance Coaching, join us for the second Bearwood Trail 10k Series. A laid-back and low-key trail 10k series deep in the glorious Herefordshire Countryside. The undulating 3m wide trail skirts field boundaries, passes through woods and offers runners different types of surfaces from grassy verges to farm tracks and woodland rides. The views are pretty spectacular too, looking towards Hergest Ridge in one direction, to Clee Hill in the other.
