Event overview

An Olympic Distance Triathlon in Bedford Town Centre. The Bedford Triathlon is part of the BTF East Region Adult Race Series. The Bedford Triathlon is a popular Olympic distance triathlon based close to the centre of the town, featuring a river swim, a fast bike route in the Bedfordshire countryside and a flat three-lap run around the river and Russell Park. The swim and run are excellent areas for supporters to see and cheer you on. There is easy access by road and rail with free parking close by. The race is suitable for both Elite and experienced athletes, but also those new to the sport that want to experience their first open water triathlon in a beautiful location.
