Event overview

Join us for an exhilarating race on our very own home turf at Nailsea and Backwell Rugby Club. Unlike our other events, this 10k race takes place mainly on the road, providing a unique experience. The route begins at the rugby club, leading runners up Engine Lane and onto the scenic countryside lanes surrounding Nailsea. After a refreshing stretch along Youngwood Lane, participants will return to the outskirts of Nailsea for two laps of the course, featuring a gentle incline to keep things interesting. The final leg takes runners back down Engine Lane, culminating in a triumphant finish at the rugby club. It’s the perfect opportunity to challenge your personal best in a fast-paced 10k road race. To celebrate your achievement, we’ll be offering a delicious sausage in a bun and a refreshing pint (or a choice of a soft drink) to every participant who crosses the finish line. Additionally, there will be a fully stocked bar and refreshments available to keep everyone energized and hydrated throughout the event.
