A fairly technical trail run but with wonderful views it's worth getting your trainers muddy.
Choose from two trail runs around Bertha Park Loch and Almondbank.
This is a trail run with technical parts and muddy sections, through the woods with gentle hills and scenic wintery views.
This is ideal for trail runners, cross country runners, joggers - new and experienced alike!
The 5km (short trail) goes around the loch and back to Bertha Park along the old farm path.
The 10km (long trail) goes around Bertha Loch, right up to Almondbank and then back along the river. There are parts of this route that are along tarmac, so we recommend using shoes that can cope with both mud and tarmac!
