Event overview

From the rugby club, the medium and long route riders will venture across the border into Wales at Holt and the focal point of the long route is the challenge of the infamous Horseshoe Pass. 

The short route is a much gentler affair, suitable for all ages and abilities, with just 1000 feet of elevation and one climb of note through Burwardsley, east of Tattenhall. 

As an entrant to Bike Chester, you will benefit from:

  • Feed stations on the long and medium routes
  • On-course first aid and mechanical support
  • A medal and a meal at the end of your ride
