Event overview

The most colourful fun run in Brum is back!

New 2.5K route! Half the route, just as fun. Perfect for mini rainbow rushers.

Welcome to Birmingham’s Rainbow Rush – the most colourful fun run in Brum you’ll ever experience!

Come to Cofton Park for a day filled with a kaleidoscope of colour, foam, dance zones, inflatables, music and laughter all in support of Birmingham Hospice.

Get ready to be doused in a rainbow of colours as you journey through a 2.5km or 5km fun-filled course.

On the big day, you can arrive from 9.30am to soak up the vibrant atmosphere and enjoy live music, delicious food, face-painting and photo opportunities, before we start our Zumba-style warm-up and kick off the event with a paint throw from 11am.

On the course, you’ll pass through colour and fun stations before sliding your way to the finish line where you can collect your medal and celebrate!

Together, we can paint the town with colour, love, laughter and support for Birmingham Hospice, and make every moment matter for local people living with a terminal illness.

This event is part of Birminghams Rainbow Rush.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
