Perfect for beginners.
Half the distance and with 18+ obstacles it's a tough day out of the office for most! Complete this challenge and you’ll be back next time to take on the 10km classic! This is the epic challenge you have been searching for and to focus your fitness goals.
The ultimate test.
The classic Born Survivor 10km challenge is the stuff of legend! This epic stretch of stunning terrain is packed with 30 obstacle challenges to put you and your team through your paces as you run, crawl, leap and haul yourselves through each task.
Make it to the finish and you can bask in your glory at the buzzing event village. This is the epic challenge you have been searching for.
Born Survivor is most fun as part of a team. Grab a buddy and let the battle commence.
If you dare take on this adventure you’ll need a stiff upper lip to conquer the challenge alone. Teamwork is encouraged and even if you don’t enter as a team you’ll assist your fellow Survivors in completing the course. But it’s not a race; it’s designed as a challenge for everyone over the age of 16 to tackle at their pace, whatever their ability.
We took it at our own pace, and just had fun, the sense of achievement is like nothing else I've experienced.
Spectators are welcome to explore the family-friendly courses and take in the special vibe that is Born Survivor. They can chill out in the buzzing Born Survivor event village before cheering you on as you tackle the epic course finale…The Blitz!
Kids will love seeing you covered in mud and tackling the obstacles. There will also be a kids’ obstacle course.
There are awesome food and drink outlets and great opportunities to take photos of the final few obstacles as runners return to base.
