Event overview

The route is fully marshalled. We welcome runners of all abilities, from top local athletes to runners competing in their first 10K race. Race medal for all finishers. Information on prizes for individual age categories and teams can be found under our Race Categories section. Refreshments and toilet facilities in the stadium. Entrants must be 15 years or over on race day. Please note, the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. Dogs or pushchairs are NOT allowed. For this year's event, numbers can be collected on the day. Final race instructions, including confirmation of any bag drop and changing facilities will be sent out roughly 7 to 10 days before the race. The race is held under UK Athletics Rules, UKA Full Race Licence ID: 2024/28128. Course Measurement Certificate of Accuracy 23/256. There will also be a children’s 1.5K Fun Run, which will take place before the main event. The Fun Run starts and finishes in the stadium; there are prizes for the first boy and girl under 10 and under 15, all finishers receive a race medal. Entry is online only and costs £5.00. Race number collection on the day for the Fun Run.
