This route has been specifically designed to hit over 1,000 metres of elevation in as short a distance as possible. Note that the route does not involve any hill reps; that would be cheating!

- Some hills will be technical
- Scramble to the summit
- Leg-busting fun
- Run at a steady pace and pause at the top of each climb
- This isn't a race but will be challenging

If you're thinking about trying trails or if you are experienced and looking for a guide then Matt is your man. (It was my first guided trail run and my first night trail run.) I'm glad he knew where we were going because I had no idea. The pace was steady with lots of stops and checks to make sure we were all together and ready to push on. It was challenging but we were in safe hands. Barnaby Ellis
