Event overview

The Bramley 20/10 Road Races is Reading Roadrunners' flagship event, and has been held for almost 30 years.

It is an established event in the race calendar.  The race is popular with new runners and experienced runners. It is particularly well timed for those training for Spring marathons and half marathons and is highly regarded by runners.

The event comprises both a 10 mile and a 20 mile race. The course is mostly run on rural roads and lanes. The 20 mile race is two laps of the 10 mile course. 20 mile runners must complete the first 10 mile lap in 2 hours otherwise they may be asked to stop.

The course is relatively flat with slight inclines at 6 and 8 miles, so has good PB potential. We are planning to have pacers for the first time on the 10 mile event.

The race is a BARR Gold awarded event and is accredited by SheRACES.
