The Bright Skies is a thrilling daytime trail half marathon,10K, and 5K race (with cani-cross races), as well as a 1K/2K kid’s race for 3-11 year-olds. I loved every minute of this race. It was a beautiful course, varied and well marked and supported. It was my first canicross race. Also bought wine after I finished. Recommend this race. My only issue would be, please can there be a water trough at the feed station for dogs. Was a very hot day. Thanks. Angiolina

Delighted to win a prize! Great course and friendly organisers. Live this location. Thanks and see you next year! Farida K

My grandson, aged 4, had a great race. Loved the medal. Definitely wants to do more/again next year. Thank you to the event team. Dougie T

A very pleasant trail run in the country. It was very dry and warm so not much mud to deal with. A long uphill section in the first half, but rewarded by the same downhill in the second. Some great views over the Surrey Hills. Great to see it included Canix events too. Andrew B

The race was very well organised, well-signposted, and well-marshalled. A thoroughly enjoyable yet tough event, and for a worthy cause. Sustainable wooden medals with the option of donating the value to the chosen charity for the event. Lawrence M

Really good race, lovely terrain and well organised. Tabetha S

Well organised, well marked and marshaled. The course was tough but the views were worth the effort. Edward C

Great event thanks to everyone involved. All the organisation was very good. Greg C

My first half marathon and it was great. Course was well marked but for a few signs that got moved by youths that morning, but nothing the organisers can do about that. One tricky bottleneck at the start but other than that a fun and challenging course. Geoffrey K

The race was very well organised, well-signposted, and well-marshalled. A thoroughly enjoyable yet tough event, and for a worthy cause. Sustainable wooden medals with the option of donating the value to the chosen charity for the event. Lawrence M
