Bude Lifeboat Run

The RNLI, with the support of local running club Bude RATs (Run and Tri), invite you to its 15th running of this event. All surplus monies raised will go to the RNLI to help them save lives at sea and on inland waterways. The RNLI was founded in 1824 which makes this year, 2024, a very special 200th anniversary. And so we are hoping we can beat the record donation raised last year. The evening has a 6 mile race around Bude’s cycleway, canal towpath and off road footpaths for those aged 15 and above. This year we will be presenting every Senior 6m finisher with a t-shirt. Plus 2 x Junior 1 mile races for those aged 15 and under, around a single lap course using the cycleway and canal towpath.
