  • 10 km road running

Event overview

The race is mostly on-road but with a hard-wearing path at the end, leading back onto the field. Out of courtesy for our marshals and volunteers, we would expect all those entering the event to be able to complete the course within 1 hour 30 minutes. Runners may still participate who may take longer than the 90 minutes allowed but please wear a hi-viz/reflective vest and head/body torch, and be aware that there may not be crowds at the finish. The tail runner will remain with the last runner to ensure safe return to BARC. Running tops must not be removed for the duration of the race. Anyone not complying may be disqualified.

This event is part of Bungay Black Dog Running Club Summer 10K Series | Race 3.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors
