Event overview

A popular event in the race calendar for many Wiltshire runners and we are excited to announce that the latest Clock Change Challenge event will be held in Autumn 2025. The accurately measured 10 km and 5 km road races are suitable for runners aged 15 and over, along with a 1.5 km supporting fun run which is available for under 17-year-olds. This course is capable of producing your personal best, as it is fast and flat. Runners taking part in the 10 km and 5 km will receive a bespoke event medal and 1.5 km fun run entrants will receive a finishers medal. We will also have a number of category prizes up for grabs. 5 km road race with an out and back route along quiet country lanes. 1.5 km fun run looping around traffic free sports fields. 10 km road race with an out and back route along quiet country lanes. Stay safe and keep running.

4 steps to wellbeing
Sleep well

A good night's sleep is an essential foundation for a healthy lifestyle, effective training and weight control.

Train slow

Low-intensity training is easier for you, reduces the risk of injury and helps builds an efficient aerobic system.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors

Fresh air, natural light and reconnecting with nature all help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.
