Navigation

The route has permanent blue/yellow and green footpath markers and will have extra pink markers added on the day of the event, which makes ofr easy navigation.

Headphones

Ideally not. It really is better to hear your fellow runners, listen to your breathing, and take in the atmosphere. But if you feel you just can’t run without them, headphones may be worn as long as you take responsibility for the volume to be low enough for you to hear all marshal instructions and the words of those around you. When approaching junctions or road crossings, you may be instructed to remove them until it is safe to put them back in.
