Each lap is an out and back, which will make for a very social fun event, as you will see your fellow runners on each lap you do. Starting at Sampford Peverell, the picturesque route follows the canal to Burlsecombe, where an aid station is located, about a quarter of a mile beyond the aid station (approx 3.3miles) is the turn marshal, here you turn and head back to HQ, where another aid station will be, then you choose to finish here or do another lap, its up to you!
