Event overview

All running and cycling is off-road and suitable for Gravel/CX or Mountain Bikes. Sprint Duathlon 5 km RUN – 19km CYCLE – 2.5 km RUN. Standard Duathlon 10km RUN – 34km CYCLE – 5km RUN. All finishers will get a Medal, Event Merchandise (Socks, Buff or Water Bottle) a Snack and a Drink. There will also be the option to buy an event T-shirt on entry for £10.00. The event will have live chip-timing, free photography and parking for just £3.50.
