Cardiff Summer Series - 1 Mile

As with previous years, we are aiming to organise these events along the basic and simplistic lines. Races will Start and Finish within in Pontcanna Fields, with the Finishes are located on the Spine Road. We've have decided to stick to the courses we've used since 2019 to avoid the SWALEC stadium, and also to try and standardise the location of the Finish. The Series Results will be done on the Cumulative Time over the 4 events. 1 mile route - Start on the River path just down from Blackweir bridge, run straight down towards the Cricket ground, turn right at the wall and follow the gravel path until you reach the Spine Rd in Pontcanna Fields, turn right and follow the Spine Rd down to the Finish. The Finish is situated just before the Stables, the Finish funnel is situated on the right hand side.
